Denied Loan Mod/Short Sale leads -What to do with?

Hey Guys I wanted to ask does anyone know of an affiliate program that would like opt in short sale leads or denied loan mod leads?

I have a DB of leads and a campaign that is still generating me more leads every day.

I'm guessing third party lenders that charge an app fee would kill for that shit. Especialy the denied loan modification peeps ( if they went through the feds program).
 
Hmm that does make sense, any ideas on who else would be interested in this info ?

Yeah: credit card companies that charge insane interest rates; these people need cash. But this ain't like it was before the whole calamity in the stock market a few years ago.

Bizops: these people need cash.
 
Sell them to real estate investors or realtors if you got short sales. Hit up biggerpockets.com or activerain.com with that question. Better yet do both.
 
Another loan app offer - not really in there best interest.

TBH their your leads. I have no idea how you got them. I was just throwing out a few ideas to help you look at the whole deal from a different perspective -- maybe jumpstart you a bit.

Not in their best interest?!? Maybe it is. Maybe it isn't. But I thought we were talking about what is in Your best interest.

Long day and yes it's my best interest. Im look into those offers and see what I can get. =]
