I had a big long post on this guy that deleted. Ugh.. Anyways, this is just how far I am now. Anyone is welcome to pick up where I left off. It's a big tricky to track him. So here it goes again:
-Austin Stierler: Registered blitzlocal.com. Used to work for/own Implux LLC, a hosting company.
-Austin currently/has recently had IPs on The Planet, FDC Servers, PSINet.
-Current range list:

67.159.33.192-67.159.33.255
-Through Implux, they have a fake whois privacy company. It has only 123 domains, many of which are Dennis Yu. The company is called "privacy protect" or "privacyprotect.net". It uses a dud phone number.
-On 8/30/2008 the reg address for privacyprotect.net was 9921 Carmel Mountain Rd.
-The reg info for Implux.com was also 9921 Carmel Mountain Rd #265. So we can conclude Austin controls both(he was also the regged agent of implux).
-Among the things hosted on Austins IPs that are of interest: BlitzAds.com,dennis-yu.com, blitzfranchises.com, leaderclicks.com.
-Dennis-Yu.com once used an IP address of a server on theplanet. Everything on that server(10-12 domains) aside from a local colorado company (where he is based) uses the same privacy protection service.
Included on this IP is Oprahsweightloss.com, and an IQ test domain or two.
-LeaderClicks now redirects to blitzads, showing that the current "blitz" team is in control of the IPs of the leaderclicks domain.
-BlitzFranchises.com is on what is likely another dedicated server making heavy use of their domain protection. Included on this IP: Chodeplanet.com.
For anyone else trying to track: Anything involving Privacy Secure, Implux, Austin's name.
He used to be the registered agent of blitzlocal.
I have yet to find actual current/active affliiate domains. Still digging.
