So this guy already has an extensive criminal record and he was wanted for some pretty heinous shit. He decides to turn himself in and hilarity ensues.

DETROIT (WJBK) -- We have an update in the "Ra-Ra" saga. If you don't know who Rafael "Ra-Ra" Dean is, suffice it to say he was the most wanted man in Detroit last week.
After we beamed his images around town, "Ra-Ra" went to the Schaefer police station Friday night to turn himself in. We're told a desk sergeant turned him away, saying we're closed. That's part of your new virtual police precinct.
Undeterred, "Ra-Ra" came back Saturday morning where an officer at the door told him you're not wanted and sent him on his way.
He went next door, got a hamburger, smoked a cigarette and called an officer he was an acquaintance with to come arrest him.
The police have launched an internal investigation.
