according to my downtime monitoring tool...

had this problem... it would keep going down for like a minute or two... i called them up and asked them what the deal was... they said they'd look into it... no more problems since... just no answer as to what the problem was

According to my uptime tool it was up (unless it was down for less than 3 mins), so it could well be just your server.

There could be too much strain on your server, check the PIMS dash to see the load values.
Or just open a ticket or give them a call.

I've been with LW for about a year now and they've been top notch.
