C2M has one, pays $32, but I've never run it so I can't tell you anything else.

Advaliant has Acai Pure, offer #2172 which has a Spanish language version LP and banners and takes traffic from all over, including: Argentina, Colombia, Portugal, Spain as well as all the usual USA/Canada etc etc. Payout $35.50 and current nw epc is $3.38.

English LP has converted well for me, but haven't tried the Spanish version.
