Anyone know of any good diet offers that don't require a credit card?

There are a few I have noticed. Motive has a colon/weight loss offer where there is no CC needed and it is just a first page submit. Also, DietBug is on many networks and it requires no CC.
 
careful on dietbug. they'll be more than happy to let you take it up the ass and scrub off a ton of leads. got fucked by them once. done with them now.
 
Ya both of these pay out real bad...dietbug is 2 bucks on 2 pages which includes phone number and address i believe.

and the colon one is $2.50 4 or 5 fields but one is your phone number.

anyone had success with either of these?

People love busting out their credit cards if you sell them on your product. You shouldn't limit yourself to just leads but also try to get those actual sales.
