Digital store script recommendation

Hey Guys -

I am looking to set up a landing page, business card, flyer template selling site for someone and need some suggestion on what script to use.

• I need to have both free & paid downloads
• Allow users to register an account and sell their own templates on the site with stats available in each accounts.
• A back end that allows admin to validate each uploads
• Backend with revenue and stat reporting for the entire site as well as individual sellers.

Is there a script out there that does this? Any suggestion is much appreciated.

I would suggest this over Magento. Although there aren't as many plugins available as Magento, a Ruby dev can easily customise based on your needs. A ruby developer can easily adapt to spree better than a php dev can adapt to magento. Thats just me though.
