DirectTrack Outage Last Night

No I would still go with CJ. Had a friend last week who was going to have his account deactivated due to inactivity so CJ told him to just buy one of his own products to reactivate. He told them which one he was buying and purchased it but it never showed up after three days. He gave CJ all of the information and a week later they reactivated his account but gave him the lead on the wrong product which he wasn't even promoting.

Interesting take. I've seen DT go down 2 times in the last 9 months and only for an hour or so.

Then again, I've seen LinkTrust got down for 5 days with a dns attack.

Seems to me like people confuse the platform going down a lot with other things. ie. a network's IP crashing of a landing page getting boogered up.

That all being said; DT goes down fairly rarely and is still running many of the markets biggest networks and a ton of fortune 500 in-house programs.

The benefits outweigh the drawbacks (in my book)

Also i believe Microsoft uses them for their affiliate tracking. The i hate DT bandwagon has been going on for so long without any reasons why, sure DT had an outage for 1 hour recently, but other platforms included the built in-house ones go down and sometimes for hours or days.

My point summed up quite nicely. A lot of people don't like letting the truth get in their way of their argument.
