Dirty tap beer, what is it called in English?

A few years ago my friends and I witnessed a life changing event.

It all took place in a dodgy bar with a topless, female bartender. She offered two kinds of tap beer - a normal one and a dirty one.

When we ordered a dirty one, the bartender put a pink dildo on the handle of the tap beer device. She then jumped on top of the dildo and pumped out a nice, cold beer by moving her body back and forth a few times...

Not exactly the most sexy experience in our lives, but still something to remember and tell people about.

But what is that kind of tap beer "officially" called in English?

We have really tried to guess what it's called in English, but so far we haven't been able to find anything :(

thats a once in a lifetime thing, kinda like the donkey lady in Mexico... that is not here ( public at least )
 
Best thing was her comment when she was done:
"A bit of lube might end up in the beer, but no worries, you can taste it and then will get a new one for free"
 
Hahaha witnessed the same thing in Copenhagen it was called a nasty one there. Def worth the price 8 x regular price.
