Just received my review links from retard, he delivered a few good links as promised. Would recomend.

Received a review copy of comments with my requested link on a PR2, PR3 and PR4 page.

Of the original three pages provided by retard, one did not contain my link. Within 15 minutes of my PM he responded with a good replacement.

The pages are not overly spammed. The one with the greatest amount of spam has 15 comments, most of which are spam.

The pages have spam comments going back 1 to 2 months, making me inclined to believe that they won't be deleted any time soon.

He took into consideration the pages onto which he was posting. In other words, he didn't just post, "hai gaiz! nice site! click here for a bigger dick!" He posted comments that were relevant to the site's content.

Overall, good professional work and communications.
