Do NOINDEX Pages Pass Link Weight?

Alright, thanks seocracy. I thought I remembered reading somewhere before that they could pass link weight, but I couldn't find where I read that at. So, I figured WF was my next best option to find out.

So does nofollow pages get followed?
 
he's dodging the issue. He hasnt even explained if people told to GETLOSTLOSER actually get lost
 
I know some people think that nofollow is BS. I think that Yahoo ignores nofollow at least, but I don't have any tests or references to back that up. So, take it with a grain of salt.
 
I have seen some pages that had a no index tag on it get indexed. The one that I have in my sites do not. It's
