I just started running on yahoo, and I created a main ad group that has about 70 kw's about 3 days ago. Yesterday I created a very targeted ad group with targeted ads (example: main ad group is all widget terms and specific ad group is just about blue widgets). Looking at my stats today I noticed that the targeted ad group has received more impressions for those kw's already today than my other ad group did in 3 days even though I am bidding less. Is that how it works? If you have more targeted ads it will effect the impressions you get. If so, I am going to start breaking up my main ad group into these smaller groups. Also, the kw's that I have in my targeted ad group I left active in my main ad group. Would it be beneficial to pause or delete those?
