Do we get the CPA if they order through the exit chat bot?

Don't know how it is for all offers, but for some offers I've heard that the CPA is split between the advertiser and the chatbot company.

Actually numero uno do not do leads for a website that does the exit bot because in my opinion if its not rebill or IM offers it is unpro. Second of all most of the time the cookie will still be good even if there is an exit bot so you still get your cut.

Dude, if your pre-sell sucked so badly that they had to get a bit to sell it, you don't deserve the commission.

That said, I'm sure it will depend on the offer and the network.

Why not get your own chat bots?

I can't ...i don't think the network allows modifying the offer pages in any way beside adding a pixel.

Im 99% sure that you get the commission, although it might be that some CPA's are dirty and delete your cookie before pop up. But I do hope that not the case...

Well, the best thing would be to ask your AM, right? Directly?

It's different for each advertiser... I've been negotiating for months with the exit consols to get our rates down low enough because I refuse to cut our affiiate commissions, however, when they came to me, their pitch was to split it... And I simply said, "No way."

But, seeing as that is what they were pitching me, and arguing, "Wouldn't they (the affiliate) rather get something rather than nothing?" I think that some of these are being split.

I would check. I persoally feel that the affiliate is way more important to our success.

IMO.

from what i know you are NOT getting %%% from that
the advertiser is paying consols company.
Not the affiliate or the affiliate network are getting paid.
Suck

While this is a great topic of discussion - it's not really for us to answer. The person who DOES have the answer is your affiliate manager. Copeac told me that they *do* pay on the exit bot - but by all means verify that for your self

i think it depends on the offer,if its just a simple downsell (Get half price shipping click here) VS someone actually speaking to the person online then i would think you definitely get credit, if its someone reselling the person then you might not.

I think these are the details that if you focus on it too much then you lose sight of scaling and build conspiracy theory's, Run the offer that converts the best, and test various offers (try to test by using different advertisers, some advertisers will have multiple brands so talk to your AM)

In the end find the offer that yields the highest returns, if you pick on the small items youll lose sight of what works out there, test, test, and test some more.

thanks a lot, that helped :D

I can't speak for other networks, but in ours the payout is the same whether you convert immediately or after a chatbot intervention.
