No strings attached. The only condition is that you (can) track how many people installed the app (from my traffic) and let me know.

I have some high quality iPhone traffic and I want to find out if this is something worth looking into. I don't own any apps and I don't have access to any app-install offers, so I see no other way to test this.

Preferably some mainstream apps/games..

1.) traffic is coming from a high quality newsletter list (only users with iPhone user agent).

2.) I can't supply any code, I'm not familiar with app development. I simply would like to pass a Subid and I would expect that your app can handle that.
