Does Anyone Use Employee Monitoring Software?

For those of you who have employees and an office, do you use any type of software to monitor the productivity of your employees and/or what they're doing to make sure they're not slacking?

If yes, which software do you use?

i had a desk job several years ago where i got fired cause i was chatting with my brother while working. irony was that i installed the monitoring software for them. now i make more money than their whole company. get r done.

For my employees their accounts are monitored by our own software. It tells us what time and date an action was taken on, what the action was, the IP address, and a few more details.

Its a good thing to have to make sure the employee is doing everything correctly, and their account isn't being accessed by anyone other then them.
