It makes finding a decent girl a pain in the ass. You have to filter through a lot of trash to find a gem. Thats why you should never flaunt or show off what you have. Girls talk to other girls and you will keep getting more and more trash and your conversion rate will go down.

I think it helps to get the first date. You need some kind of leverage. You're either good looking, have an awesome personality, or money. Having any one of those 3 things will get you that first date.
I don't think money attracts only gold diggers. They want someone who is unique/better then the other guys. Period. Same goes for us with women. Money is just one way to stand out and I think it can be both negative and positive. Depends on how you look at it.
