Does Social Snipe Actually Work? digga121 please respond

I just started the 1 week trial for Social Snipe and so far, I'm getting nothing but mySQL errors whenever I try using any of the Twitter functions.

The help section and forum are down, and I wasn't given a support email address when I purchased the trial.

Digga121, can you tell me if this service is just temporarily broken? I'll give an honest review once it starts working.

Thank you for signing up! Yes, I am extremely sorry that you signed up right as we were doing our migration. I have upgraded the servers, but also am adding some new excting tools in the next coming weeks, and clear up any of this. The forum is now up and running.


I am not sure what kind of sql errors you would be getting. We have a good amount of users using the tool, and I have not recieved bug reports, and I have been using it, but we will get you up and running asap, don't you worry about that. I also extended your trial. I am looking forward to your review after you try out the tool, and we get you squared away. There are plenty of tools, so if you are getting an SQL error, it may of had an issue with adding your twitter account, we will figure it out.

I am going to be adding these tools, and the price will always stay the same, you will get these tools, and brand new tools. I wish I could give you more details, but I will VERY soon, for now I will come back to this thread when we figure out how he got his sql errors.

Thanks Digga. The Social Snipe forums and help sections are now up and I'm going through the tools and they seem to be working now.

I guess I signed up right when you were doing a server migration. My patience also sucks, which probably why my rep is shit.

Anyway, the functionality and interface for Social Snipe is awesome. I'll play around with this some more and post a review tomorrow.
 
It's not some scheme. I honestly didn't think to PM Digga first. I haven't been on these forums since '07.
 
I started using social snipe yesterday on a new twitter account and I'm following 615 users with 72 followers right now. I just setup two keywords in my niche, and turned the scheduler to 10pm and let it go.

I'll let you know how it's doing in a few days without me messing with it.
