domain and trademark question

Just redirected my old domain to keyword123.com. Then I realized that there's an online shop somewhere in the back of the SERPS named 123keyword.de.

That's not exactly the same but it could be mixed up, so now I'm afraid that the people from that domain might do something and force me to change my domain name (again).

Should I be worried?
 


If it is a brand keyword, yes. If not, you're ok as long as your not copying his site.
 
Not a brand keyword, it's the object I want to sell. So something like laptop123.com and he has 123laptop.de

Guess I'm save then?
 
uspto.gov <--- go there and check for trademarks.. If they have live trademarks then i would consider changing your domain, if there are not TMs then you should be good.
