domain/name banned by Askimet/drupal - correct way to 301 redirect?

Hello

My domain has been banned by Aksiment and drupal - Now I have a lot of blogs to leave links on but the filters aren't letting me post a particular domain anymore, other domains work fine.

Now I have heard you can build links to another domain and then 301 redirect it? Is it just as easy as buying a new domain name, 301 redirecting it and then building links?? or do I have to post content first, get the new domain indexed and then use it to channel links to my banned domain??

It depends on what you want to do, there are 2 ways of doing this.

I.
Buying a .info domain, and hosted preferably on a different account then your banned one. Set up a domain level redirect. And start spamming, I mean strategic mass link building. You don't need to get it indexed or have content on it.

II.
You already have a domain then you can set up a redirect like this, if you don't want to do domain level that is.
Redirect 301 /tobannedsite hxxp://www.bannedsite.com
