Domain Registrar of choice? Dec 2012

So, I have nearly all of my domains with internet.bs right now, the api is v.good and the regular costs are possibly the lowest out there.

However, the lack of paypal could be a real kicker for a new project I might get involved in. Clients would be paying with paypal and it would make sense to be using this same paypal account to keep domains regged. Could well be in the 100's of domains within a month, so I need to pick the right registrar.

Suggestions would be appreciated, essentials are paypal and free private whois, it's the renewal price that is important. Internet.bs are $9.38 or just $8.79 (.com) if paying via wire (credit).

Namecheap for instance really aren't cheap, at $10.69 (.com).

Please let me know what sort of deals you guys are getting :)

Looks promising, although $8.99 per (.com) domain, unless buying in bulk, but unless I can get clients to wait up two weeks for reg this isnt possible.

Still $8.99 is doable, thanks
 
Internet.bs is currently my registrar of choice.

Just sign up for the paypal mastercard debit card and pay with that. You can then use the pay by credit card option on internet.bs and the funds are pulled from your paypal account.

I've been with them 3 maybe 4 years now, they recently took on a new guy. Also, it's been over 6 months since their paypal account got canned so I don't think they'll be getting it back. I'll have to look into the pypal card option again but last time I check it's not available in the UK.

oh apologies man never actually thought that you were trying to go in bulk.. But anyways give namecheap or godaddy a call man.. They'll give you a discount on total bill if you do specially if you're transferring... give them that info they'll give you the best offer they can give..

Around a year ago I bought 10+ .com's from godaddy and they give me 25% discount on total bill.. Don't know if name cheap offer's discounts on call but I bet they also do for bulk..
 
a penny saved is a penny earnt.
 
internet.bs is great, but the no paypal is a downer. You can use paypal through their 2co payment option though.

Namesilo is another great option, and includes free privacy.

If you're spending over 5k a year, check out Dynadot. $8.50 for super bulk pricing, and it includes free privacy.
