Don't be leakin' on da leakerz!



I don't really follow the wikileaks stuff closely but just as a guess I'd imagine that agreement was spurred on by pressure from the leakers themselves. If I was a leaker putting stuff in there, I wouldn't want anyone else prereleasing it before it went through their process, and from the sounds of it the info passes a lot of hands before it goes public. Also some probably find some strange solace in passing on proprietary ownership to wikileaks.
