Not that TMZ is a hard news source, but they do get it right (and first) sometimes. And in this case there may be reason to give Vince Neil the benefit of the doubt until the facts come out officially.

...many false reports have been exposed because the accuser didn't realize the 'scene of the crime' was covered by CCTV, and prove it didn't happen.
