Well, I think it'd be good for a urban hip-hop, fashion blog. It's going to be worth nothing to most, alot to some.
So I'd say try building it up with some unique content, and see where that takes you!

Thats exactly the route I am planning on going down, lets see where it goes, i have had quite a few pms with offers though so I think its worth quite a bit

I would take dougs offer. It's not worth much more than registration fee. Worthless from a SEO "emd" standpoint (exact match domain.) And the niche it would match is concentrated.
The only value is brandability, but brandability is worthless unless you find that ONE special buyer, which you won't 99% of the time.

lol u don't even know what the offer was. He said he was planning on developing it himself so brand-ability alone makes it have value to him. He also said he received other offers via PM... so why would he just unload a domain for the sake of unloading it?
