As I observed in another thread, Douche means Shower in french. (Apparently its the same in spanish)

My first encounter with this word was on Entourage. I always wondered where it comes from and what it means for people as it seems to be rather versatile.

and YES, I did google it. It says false friend. What [else] does it mean for you? Illustrated with examples for your poor non-english-native speaker friends

It means shower in Dutch too, probably from the time when the French ruled the Netherlands.

Doesn't douche bag mean condom in English?
