Dupe Content Issue on WP

I decided the not noindex the categories, and what i see..
i see tons of new pages that looks like

www.mysite.org/page/30/

www.mysite.org/page/31/ and so on

All the pages look like the Home Page.....

I am sure this will raise some Dupe Flag..

I understand the category pages, but why this?
I don't have page-navi for home page

Ever came across this issue?

Any solution other than again noindexing categories

Ya just make a kick ass robots.txt and add disallow on /page/ and /2011/ and /2012/ and whatever else you dont want.

Start with an example of someone else that is disallowing things like /wp-admin/
