ebay US under review

I applied EPN two days ago and got approved for all other countries except ebay US and ebay UK. The status for these two countries is under review.

Does anyone know how long it will take to review the application ?

Is that possible my application will be declined since my website is not fully ready? In my applicaltion I filled the URL.

how about you wait and see if they accept or decline your application?

After waiting for 15 days, my ebay US and eaby UK have been declined today. They send email:

Thank you for applying to the eBay US Affiliate Program. Unfortunately, we cannot accept your application at this time. If you have questions regarding this process, please contact eBay Partner Network customer support.

I live in U.S . Does any one know why ebay US application was declined ?
I was trying to contact EPN suport to find the reason, but didn't find the email for EPN costomer support. Anyone have the email address ?

Damn, that sucks, I waited for days to be accepted as well but after about 2 1/2 weeks they approved me. Not sure why they would of not accepted you. Maybe try reapplying or maybe they didn't like your site. My first site was a phpbay site that was built according to trigatch's tutorial over at eurekadiary.com. Have built out about 10 epn sites so far. If you log into the partner network and click on help in the upper right, then click on have a question? and a seperate page will popup, then click on any of the links and you will see a contact us link on the right, click it, fill it, send it. word....
 
I got approved after about 3 weeks.. I also didn't provide a website, and just said that I do search marketing. (That was an option.. why would I volunteer my strategies to some noobs processing EPN apps?)

now that I think about it, I did this same thing, they never saw my site.
 
Does anyone know if the PepperJam affiliate program approves affiliates any faster?
