What are some networks that have good EDU offers? And also do you know of any that have direct offers with the schools and is not a middle man aggregator page that I see on all the affiliate networks selling your lead 4 times. I'm not against these if the conversion and payout is right, but this is really all I see on the popular affiliate networks and I was wondering where I could either find more/better ones or offers direct to 1 school.

There are many edu offers out there. One of the best ones is DirectDegree. They have some direct. They can be found on CJ and various networks. Of course CXDIGI has some great ones. If you you want a certain school or are going for a certain type of school there are many out there. Contact me I will point you in the right direction to where we get ours from when we run them.
 
I don't know if these guys have affiliate programs but you could look into elearners, quinstreet, classesUSA, earnmydegree, all allied, NexTag. Of course those are the companies that dominate the SERPs with their PR6-8 interlinked network sites so they might not take affiliates but I know all of them sell leads.

PPC traffic is expensive. On Google you'll pay $10-$15 per click to be on the first page for "online college".

I have some direct relationships with edu. It's ultra competitive but can be lucrative.

Most offers you see on networks are going to be co-reg stuff that doesn't is shaved and doesn't convert well anyway.
