I haven't read Edward Conard's book "Unintended Consequences" but i guess he's trying to argue deregulation, low taxes for the ultra-wealthy, etc etc to "spark innovation". He's a fellow from Bain Capital.
Anyway, it's a really good interview that tries to get to the heart of the 99% vs 1% debate.
Sad that the only good debate you'll find in "the media" is on Comedy Central. Skip to minute 14-ish. It is 30-40 minutes long though.
