Hey I know there is a discreet answer to these question so here goes. When you get one Adwords account slapped. Do they (ie the customer service representative using the admin-side of Adwords) look for or ban any other account based on the following parameters:
1. IP
2. Billing address, either primary or backup billing method (if it makes any difference)
3. Last Name and billing address (perhaps a different last name at the same address doesn't trigger their programming)
I'm sure this is just written into the Adwords stack so if you have any data/experience please post. Thank you
