Electronic Cig Blows Up Guys Face



How long have these things been around? They have just recently started talking about banning these for "health concerns". How convenient they start blowing up. :-P
 
I expected these cheap pieces of shit from china to start exploding sooner.
 
why would anyone put those stupid plastic things in their mouths when you can smoke them smooth harmless tobacco manly cigarettes?

I guess any time you have a batteries they can blow up. First time I've actually heard of one doing so. Shocked? No not so much. Batteries from all kinds of devices from cars, to laptops, to cell phones, etc... have blown up before.

a long fuckin time. Like since 2005 and all this time they keep talking about how they're gonna ban them or regulate them but seems like nothing's happened yet.
 
Personally, I am waiting for the first e-cig to burn too hot and vaporize an entire pack of nicotine, the precise moment that little johnny is "trying to act like daddy".

That would be one hell of a unit. You can only have so much juice on the atty before it won't work. And then after that you only absorb between 25-50% of said nicotine depending on the device. Most of the are pretty low actually, which is why you can vape 30+ mg juice (and anything over 40 is not recommended).

Just saying, for it to happen, you would have to be trying to make it happen. More likely would be a little kid drinking a bottle of a high mg juice is what would happen.

Government could care less about protecting consumers or people. Its a cash grab for them. Why kill a product in its infancy when there isn't much money or sales to fine them, you wait for them to make hundreds of millions and then the govt makes a bunch of money.
 
I feel like it had to of been plugged in to the wall do the kind of damage they are saying it did. I wouldnt be surprised if he was one of those guys that customizes their ecigs too, one article said he had been using them for 2 years.
