Email Marketing ESP Suggestions That Aren't Ridiculously Strict

I have a list we want to mail of customers that have done business with us...

It's about 65,000 customers - The list has been cleaned up and bounces removed.

looking for a suggestion on an ESP that isn't overly strict.

I tried them a while back....their delivery was horrific in my case....they aren't cheap either

Yeah I get it. Just seems like since you're so quick to come here to get answers it would be cool if you came back once in awhile to answer other people's questions too.
