Their support is awful, it's more than 5 minutes between responses on their "live chat". I actually went and got lunch in the middle of chatting with them because it was taking so long. My fast food run probably took 15-25 minutes, but it took an hour total for them to look up my order and to tell me to call pre-press department (they gave me the wrong number too). I was so irritated I paid the $40 cancellation fee.
