I just noticed my best ever EPC for a product that pays in the $32-$40 range. My EPC is almost $9!!

Is this common? I'm assuming it is but certainly not for me.

That's over a 22% conversion rate. I'm loving this. I'm not sure it will keep up though.

yes this is common if you're running a blog and this is your second position offer or if youre running Rez V

What do you mean by second position offer? You mean two offers on the same page and one in the 2nd spot? I've never promoted Rez V. This is a hydra offer.
 
bro there are so many variables that preclude whether a conversion rate is going to be sustainable.

I think across 5-10,000 clicks you start to get a sense of what is relatively sustainable all things the same. But again it is you that is one of the biggest variables when it comes to sustainability, how much are you willing to test, how many traffic sources are you willing to try? Once you answer those questions, you'll find out whether you can hold 15% over the course of a half million clicks. epc's live and die many times on what affiliates are willing to give.

he means the second offer on a review lander is going to have way fewer clicks and the ones that do click are more likely to convert for that offer than clicks on the first offer (as a percentage of total clicks).

Ok thanks for clearing that up. I kind of figured that's what he meant.
