Epom Market: Bad or Good?

Guys, received a letter (obviously spam letter) from Epom market.
Seems like some eCPM/CPA network with ad server (?)

I'm wondering who are they, because they wanna make some serious offers for my niche. Promises, promises...

Someone knows a thing about them? I've never heard about Epom market and I'm quite afraid to jump in.

After little research here I've come to conlusion they have not-so-bad targeting&tracking platform, but no opinions about their network.
