Your affiliate links would be appreciated. The catch is, they have to target and payout in a currency from outside the US.

Zanox has cpa. Tradedoubler is even worse than the Adcenter interface used to be. Simply unusable.
I only use cpa offers from zanox. CJ also has lots of CPS for eu.

One of my otaku friends recommends Lucky Pacific for Asian offers.
Apparently the dating offers do REALLY well with Chinese & Malay O/S students... I guess parents disapprove of gwai-lo partners.
ClixGalore also have some Japanese programs, although he doesn't run them.

Bad news is that Lucky Pacific occasionally forgets you want the page in English and switches back to Chinese.
And Clixgalore apparently has a shit back end.

Still, if you want under developed markets, these are the things you go for, I guess.

Yeah ClixGalore basically looks and feels as though you've stepped back in time to 1997. It's a pity because they have a TON of offers, both Aussie and international.
