EWA Network sued by the FTC?

I know they've been investigating a lot of CPA networks since last year mostly in regards to flogs. I'm sure they've since expanded on that.
I had a run in with FTC years ago and they royally buttfucked me.
FTC is relentless. Once you come across their radar you can bet your ass they're gonna find out everything about you and everything about anyone you're doing business with - so they would likely look at EWAs affiliates too.
Even if they basically come up empty on their initial investigation, they'll try and find any stupid reason they can to shut you down and take your money.
Possibly they zeroed in on EWA with all of the negative attention they've been getting lately due to non payment. You can bet your ass they're using Google Alerts and that type of shit to keep tabs on their targets.
All they want is your money and they want every bit of it. A settlement is just their way of trying to squeeze you out of business so they can say they accomplished something and justify the means.
If you are EWA or ever balled with EWA you should pay attention and start thinking about cleaning up your act if you need to before it's too late.

Maybe it true there trial between Ryan Eagle and FTC but can be other way round instead. Since Ryan Eagle have so much power can sue FTC for money and not other way round.

Just came here to see if anyone has posted this yet. It's one thing to just get fucked by cashflow, panic and pretend like everything is fine (not excusing this AT ALL)... but to keep showing off like this? Fuck, speaks really poorly on his character.
