Ewa owns Warriorforum?! (Attention please)

Well...
yesterday me and another warriorforum member have seen our threads deleted on WF with no reasons.
Both threads were complaining about Ewa not paying.
I've asked the forum admins or moderators for an explanation but nothing.
in the while savy told me that my payment will go out on november 4th because there is a 30 day compliance period since i am a new affiliate (well....i have not read about this 30 day compliance period anywere in their faq...and it seems very weird to me...just like an excuse to get more of my traffic and then not paying it).
I simply cannot understand how they can treat new affiliates in this way and be considered a top network...but one thing is sure...if they do not pay me on nov 4th i will use all my seo and IM ability to have my revenge (and i won't need to post on WF to do it!)

what i care is that they pay me.i work and i have to be paid.on nov 4th they will have to send me aroun 5k. it is not much but it is a matter of principle.
if they will not pay me i will change network and damage them just like they have damaged me.i think any other affiliate should do the same when not paid by a network.

What you have to read is NOT the FAQ.

You have to read the terms of service / your contract.

Read it carefully, every time.

Either they are perfectly in the right (if stated in the contract) or they are breaching the contractual obligations.

As I don't work with them, it is for you to find out.

Anyhow, consider it a lesson learned, and a very useful one at that (and one that everyone learns the hard way, it seems.)

But for your convenience, I am spelling it out.

well...the november 4th is near. we will see.
they can pay me or start a war that will last for years and i doubt they can sue russian servers:)
maybe they do not care....but i do not care too.
this is a simple principle to live good...if get one free punch on my face?i give 3 free punch on yours.
i "obey" to this simple rule...not to any popup "obey" message:P

Online reputation is very important, You gain it hard and very slow but you lose it very fast.

If you want to get back your money, PLAY with their reputation.

it cost $100 dollar, Register a Domain + hosting , charge your SKYPE and start calling, Mailing, emailing .... or what ever comes in your mind to their ADVERTISERS and AFFILIATES

If you still have access to their website, Make a list of their TOP 10 advertisers...
You can also find their affiliates by searching the internet, What are their tracking link syntax, Any one who run that will be their affiliate.

Make a list of those things and start calling them on a regular basis.
Keep calling and calling and mailing and mailing ... send them the website you made for them. You can lie in the website, If you lost $500, write $5000, you doesnt need to write 100% truth , mix it with some believable lie, write their AFF manager and owner contact information as well with some scary stories. Make the stories believable, You can add some fake screenshot as well.

Send the link to them. Rank it with a keyword like "ewa network scam", you can get rank number 1 for that non- competitive keyword on google, It drives them crazy when they saw it.

This is what will happen after they get angry at you
1-Fear Policy
they threat you to sue and take legal action against you.


2-Negotiation
they will ask you to kindly hand over the domain to them and stop your campaign and in return they will not sue you


3-Unconditional surrender
they will give up and pay you.



This happens every time and when you complete this process you will get your money.
You can get it from 1 to 30 days, it rarely goes above 30 days, most will pay you in first week.... The important part is they will finally pay you.
may be even a year later. but you will get paid. I usually ask for domain + hosting and time i spent on my campaign as well.

they will pay me in any case.
even if they decide not to pay me.
but i will wait the 4th of november before to take any action.

anyway...thanx for the suggestion:)
 
Honestly...

I don't know EWA or anything about them.

But are you really going to trust.. A company ran by a really young guy with a flashy attitude for money, that has hoes in his profile? Or the number of tats on his arm and the bling he wears? Or the fact both his parents work at EWA and the rest of the staff looks like they are still in high school.. And that the staff profiles read only about making money and zero about customer service or company values? And I noticed too in another post, he handles messages about payments problems on the forums.. Why isn't an account manager handling that, where is the control process here, and where is the oversight and management?

If so many people are using them, then why isn't it being treated as a professional company? Again, I've never used them but how can you trust a company like that? Just from the impression I wouldn't sign up, nothing against Ryan, but that's not the business I'd want to work with when dealing money and a real business venture..

For all I know he could have a stellar business, but I don't really know right of the bat here.. It's really hard to make a judgement on a company when there's too many negatives being presented..
 
Been trying to get an answer from Savy for 14 days now. No explanation to why I have not been paid. From what Chad (affiliate manager) says, the advertiser for the offer I am promoting loves my traffic and wants me to scale. But where's my payment from EWA? As I am starting to Google this more and more, I am seeing a lot of people in the same boat.
