exit pops and adwords - allowed?

I know adwords does not allow exit pops on the landing pages as per their TOS, but does anyone know (or have experience or info from the horse's mouth) if they allow them elsewhere on the site?

my conversion path is as follows (for a chained lead gen form):

google->landing page with content->form1->form2(with exit pop)->form3.

thoughts?

I'd be curious to know if they's check form two ever.

I've had ads declined because I'd use their logo (while advertising PPC management) on non-landing page pages.

Create the ad on adwords, create new/dummy pages for the regpath and then track to see what pages Google checks.

i was heavy into bizopps for a while. my path had zero probs at google ever:

ad -> lander -> email submit lander (exit pop here) -> product/sales letter...etc.

i use 2nd page exit pops on everything from loan apps to sales letter clickbank style pages w/out probs from goog.
