I can develop Wordpress plugins with database functionality and custom admin tabs. I can tweak existing plugins as needed. Also, I'm not a template coder, but I can tweak your Wordpress themes from a functional perspective.
I have experience with web services like Yahoo API, ebay, PayPal, and others. Anything XML/RSS/CSV wouldn't be a problem to parse/scrape.
I can integrate with Javascript and AJAX to make things more dynamic.
