facebook ad error

I thought it was just me. I can't seem to be able to make any ads.
I thought perhaps it was because their system effed up my credit cards and made my AMEX classed as a VISA. I emailed them 20 times about it and they never reply to the question.
Meh... hopefully it blows over. I was going to expand my ad group that is pulling me in 300% roi....

Yeah, I got the same thing when trying to start a new ad for a new campaign.
I checked my billing summary and one of the payments failed for some reason. I think it may have to do with the fact that one of those free coupon codes distributed recently has an expiration date 31 July. today.
I shot off an email to the fb ads team. will report back what they say.
on a side note this is my first post. I'll use the introduction thread shortly before I get pounced on by the locals.

Anyone get this error while trying to submit a new ad? Strange -- only started happening this morning.
Hah! I tried to put in an ad over lunch and got that. Gotta love Facebook.
I'm probably better off trying to submit to get approved at 10PM EDT anyway.
