I was looking at putting up some affiliate offerings that don't appear to violate any of the facebook rules except they require the end user to submit their name and email address. It seems that under rule #2 this is not allowed.
My question is if that isn't allowed then what is??? Is this a rule that I should just ignore? There seem to be very few offers that don't get banned.
