What's the reasoning in their disapproval email from not posting the ad?

  • Please review the specific reason(s) for your ad's disapproval below. If you have further questions, we recommend reviewing our list of Common Ad Mistakes. You can also consult our Terms of Use and Advertising Guidelines for more information.
  • The destination URL of this ad either violates Facebook's Advertising Guidelines or could not be reviewed. As ads are reviewed from multiple locations, all sites must be viewable regardless of the viewer's location. In addition, all sites must be running and functioning properly. If the landing page could not be reviewed due to visitor IP restrictions, a URL typo or other site outage, please make the necessary changes before submitting this ad again. Ads are also prohibited from linking to proprietary file types (.pdf, .doc, etc.) initiating automatic downloads, or trapping a user's browser in any way when a user chooses to leave the site. Sites that include content or behavior prohibited by sections 2, 16, and 17 of Facebook's Advertising Guidelines will not be accepted in any form and should not be resubmitted.
  • Advertisements for Subscription Services must comply with the conditions described in section 18 of Facebook's Advertising Guidelines and as determined by Facebook in its sole discretion. "Subscription Services" may include sites that promote downloading ringtones, wallpaper, or text messages for predictions, love life advice, news, personality quizzes, or other entertainment services, or any site that induces a user to sign up for recurring billing of a product or service. If you choose to submit this ad again, please make the necessary changes so that it adheres to all of Facebook's Advertising Guidelines.

I'm pretty certain a media buy is the only way they're going to allow new players into the IQ ads market... The backend conversion for the merchant is a rebill to phone kind of thing usually, isn't it?
And Facebook's getting all high and mighty about phones and rebills lately.

Yes, the ones I have seen are rebills to the phone. I think its usually around 9.99 a month for some membership to Amazing Facts or something like that.
