Facebook - Limited Reach

Hey Guys,

I'm running into a problem where my reach rarely surpasses 1-5% of my entire target demographic. For example, I can an education offer on FB with a target demographic of 50,000 students, and it stopped getting impressions at around 400 reach and 1,000 impressions. I don't think it's related to poor CTR - this one was performing at ~0.11%.

I've tested this with CPC and CPM pricing models and I run into the same problem with both. Does anyone know what the problem is?

have you maxed out your CPC? Even at .11% CTR, my CPC for USA is pretty steep these days. I'd raise the CPC until you start seeing impressions again.
