Does anyone have a phone number for a Facebook Ads rep?

I spend between 1-2K a day on FB but have no rep, and today I logged in and my cc was not in my billing info. I found out when I tried making ads and it wouldn't let me.

So, I added it again and went to create ads and once again it said that there was no primary funding source. However when I checked it again, it was there... WTF

Edit: It gives me "Internal error encountered bs" and a box to add a card whenever I try to create an ad. I used the the same CC# and it went through so it looks like they are just having some internal issues.

lol You know I have had a little voice in the back of my head saying that from day one but sometimes THE SITUATION can get a little sketch.

Anyways why do you say this lol?
 
Anyone else noticed that e-mailing them the same exact thing speeds up the answer like crazy? They most of the time don't even answer my first mail. I resend it every 24h or so and usually the 2nd (I mark them) one gets answered within a few hours.

This is actually quite accurate. When I e-mail twice within 24 hours, they get back to me. If I just send one, it takes days.
 
I actually had never taken notice of that before but I'm going to try that from now on, nice one guys.

Aside from RON buys that will fuck up everything, there's no reason to talk to a FB rep. Not too bright to bring more attention to an account. One thing you can count on with FB: They're consistently inconsistent, and will ban for any reason. Less attn the better.

I was kidding - i don't really talk to my rep every day on the phone. You make the assumption that everyone on facebook is running shit against their ad guidelines by saying 'just don't call'.

There's other ways to make money on facebook without running rebills and shit they don't allow.
