Of course, what makes a comment “positive” or “negative” is a very subjective thing. Since Facebook is a global site, and what is acceptable in one culture is offensive in another, the company generally relies on a combination of software algorithms and notifications from other users to identify inappropriate behavior. This seems to show a glitch in that system.

It's a spam filter that can be manipulated by other users. Should I keep going, or can you figure it out?

Pretty much all spam filters can be manipulated by other users. This is why places like yahoo and hotmail will randomly select which users they choose to listen too. Then after an X amount of time they'll get a different sample of users to listen too. I wouldn't be surprised if facebook acts the same way.
