FB Ads: "Ad not delivering: modifications recommended" <- WTF?

So I got an exclamation sign next to my ad and when I hover over it then it says that. When I click on it, nothing happens and it doesn't give me more info on what modifications I should do. WTF is this and has anyone gotten this before?

P.S. I'm bidding within suggested range and there's no delivery.

increase bid and you should be fine. Sometimes there are glitches in their system and even if you are bidding the recommended amount they still don't give you impressions. Increase bid and after the ad starts receiving clicks reduce it to what you are willing to pay.

Your suggested bids will be lower than required if you're running campaigns in other countries with good CTR. Bid higher for the beginning and you can lower it later

Bid higher and get that CTR up - if when you bid higher, you still aren't served imps - dupe the ad and bid higher off the bat - it's always worked for me.
