FB Spend Limit vs. Billing Threshold

One of my accounts was moved to "Billing Threshold" limit today instead of Daily Spend limit.

Wanted to see if any of you guys have experience in this, or have insight on what the difference is? I'd appreciate any info...

Billing threshold accounts will charge the funding source every time the threshold is hit, as opposed to the next day. Typically, the account will be allowed to spend twice the threshold on a daily basis. I've seen accounts spend more than 2x on rare occasions.
