As you know, the state has been trying to motivate citizens to turn each other in. I came across a collection of flyers that have been distributed by the FBI to community businesses.

FBI “Communities Against Terrorism” Suspicious Activity Reporting Flyers | Public Intelligence

If you thought the "sovereign citizen" bullshit was overstepping, take a peek at a few of the flyers. Note the actions that are considered to be "suspicious activity." Then, for chuckles, read the 2nd sentence in the block of small print at the bottom.

Example for employees at internet cafes (PDF): pay attention to folks paying with cash. They could be terrorists!

Good grief. This is like watching a movie about some dystopian society in the future.

Sounds like the natural next step to Sovereign Citizenship... It's obvious that the Feds can't track everyone that fits these criteria, so clearly they need all the mindless sheeple out there to do this work for them for free.

I have no doubt about it anymore; some kind of revolution is brewing. They have overstepped their bounds too often lately.

I hate to say this; but Hellblazer doesn't look so deranged anymore...!

This is nothing new in the US

Evidence of a residential based internet provider (signs on to Comcast, AOL,
etc.)

Are overly concerned about privacy, attempts to shield the screen from view of
others
 Always pay cash or use credit card(s) in different name(s)
 Apparently use tradecraft: lookout, blocker or someone to distract employees
 Act nervous or suspicious behavior inconsistent with activities
 Are observed switching SIM cards in cell phone or use of multiple cell phones
 Use of anonymizers, portals, or other means to shield IP address
 Suspicious or coded writings, use of code word sheets, cryptic ledgers, etc.
 Encryption or use of software to hide encrypted data in digital photos, etc.
 Suspicious communications using VOIP or communicating through a PC game

If you assholes are making your FB accounts at Starbucks you'd better stop now. NDAA means no lawyer, no rights. However we have determined that certain types of non-deadly torture should remain legal. WTF is going on in the world?

Something like a revolution would happen in a place like Europe long before it happened in the US. With things like this, you have to consider what's seems obvious and what isn't. The less obvious thing is more likely to occur.

Here is the complete list (to my knowledge) of all the flyers labeling pretty much everybody as a Terrorist.

Edited: file did not upload so here is the link: http://info.publicintelligence.net/FBI-SuspiciousActivity.zip

LMAO at the tattoo shop terrorism flyer:

Potential Indicators of Terrorist Activities Related to Tattoo Shops

"Therefore the sole act of seeking a specific tattoo or unusual placement of tattoos should not in and of itself be considered suspicious or reported. Rather it is a combination of suspicious behavior and or requests, as assessed by the shop owner based on professional experience that should lead to possible reporting of the activity."

Who to report? Those who

"Significantly alters appearance from visit to visit (shaving beard,
changing hair color, style of dress, etc)"

Yep, people who change their hair color from blue to green between tattoos are ALWAYS going to turn out to be terrorists.

Thank you for creating all these warning PDFs. Money well spent guys!

Regarding dive shops:

"Customer who has not taken a safety course or does not have a certification card"

could be considered a terrorist.

God damn son.

I guess we shouldn't ridicule these. The hotel flyer states that if you rent a room to someone and there is a huge burn stain on the wall and that the room is full of toxic chemical fumes that you should consider reporting it to the police.

Most regular folks would never notice that something was up, this will clue them in that occupants that start chemical fires in the rooms and burn large holes in the wall are bad news.

things here in the eussr have been simmering for quite a while now.
