Hey everyone,

I'm offering 10% to anyone that ends up referring somebody to me who ends up buying Bookmark.com. You will receive 10% of my cut, which is 10% of the final sale. Thus you will receive 1% of the final sale price. We are asking around the $300k range so that'd be $3000.

It's sad the owner of that domain is looking for fast money. A couple hundred grand when he could develop it or pay a premium coder and design team to develop it and make millions...
 
He's not a web guy though... he registered it back many years ago to try the webmaster game when the dot com boom was exploding, but he's not a webmaster and that was many years ago.
 
What makes a domain like that worth $320k ?

Yeah being a one word dictionary word is great and all, but it defintely helps that social bookmarking is all big and popular right now.

btw why do both of you guys have red rep?
