Finding good bloggers that won't go into competition?

Hi there, as the title says, I've found a new niche. No one's done it before, and a key player (Not the same close niche, it's doing something totally opposite to my smaller niche, but the same more open one) gets over 200k google searches a month, and even that broad niche doesn't have too much competition.

So, I've registered a KILLER domain name for it, in .com and .co.uk, and I already have hosting, so that's fine.

But, as my site will mostly be a blog, I need to find bloggers. But where can I find ones that don't do anything internet-marketing related, while can still write well and have enough knowledge about the subject, while also not costing too much? (High demands, I know! :D)

Also, the same with web designers. I want one that can design well, and won't steal my idea.

I'm so intent on no one doing this because I feel it's good enough to make the front page of digg, and possibly even hit BBC news (the website, not the full TV)

Thanks!

P.S.

Find someone irl that doesn't know anything about internet marketing and does know about your topic, offer to pay them x amount to write for your your blog. You have more chance of finding someone that way, if its a very specialist niche and they will be excited to be doing something novel if they're not a particularly internety type.

If you do want a writer then feel free to pm me, I'm not into stealing ideas since I have plenty of my own.

Put up an ad at your local college/tech school for $10-$12/hour bloggers and designers. Hell, just say you are looking for a personal assistant and list a couple things you'd like them to be familiar with.

Then, give them a test to write on a subject once they arrive. You'll give them an hour to come up with a 300-500 word article on the subject. Don't even let them research it first, you want to see their creativity. When they are done, do the rest of your interview and say you'll be in touch after you finish reviewing the other people who've called about the position (even if there hasn't been any).

A week later, call your top 1-2 candidates and let them do some real work. You not only get some fairly decent people working for you, but you got some free articles out of it as well from the people who you didn't hire.

Not a bad idea, may do that :) And yeah I might PM you after looking into a few offline people first (and maybe even finding a couple of people who'll write for free :D)

Just go 2 odesk
May do, but would prefer a more English person.

May do that, thanks :)

I have a cool dude who does strictly writing. If you still need someone hit me up and I'll give you his AIM name. He's a great guy, I've been using him for 2 years or more. also lives in the UK.
Awesome, thanks, I'll pm you now. :)

You can hire cheap writers at freelancer.
Cheers.
